The battle for ownership of the next-gen IPTV market is beginning to heat up. Social networking phenomenon MySpace, aims to take on YouTube with the beta launch of a sister site, Myspacetv.com. User generated content will be supported by channels from Disney, Sony, IGN Entertainment, National Geographic and others.
